I don't want to talk

It's easy to ignore what is happening to you, hoping it will go away. Some days are good, other days are dark. The cycle begins and you may start to feel it's just easier to get on with it. Then it starts to become the norm, the cycle can keep going and before you know it, months or years have passed. You don't want to talk, it brings it all back and you have buried it. But have you buried it? Or are you on autopilot? What happens if you face it head-on and start to work through it. It might take a few months to process and sometimes it can get worse before it gets better. Once it is better, life starts again and instead of it being buried, it's been dealt with. Sometimes we need to go back before we can move forward.
